Founded in 2009, Wildcat Mining Inc was incorporated under the Guyana Companies Act with initial 2.5 million capital invested from shareholders. After having built significant positive cash flow on the basis of its alluvial mining and trading operations, Wildcat Mining intends to develop low-risk hard rock operations in the Arakaka area, in the Northwest region of Guyana; as described under “Arakaka Projects”.
Management also sees significant and immediate growth opportunities in lightly-proven recoverable gold and diamonds lying in creek beds, flats and soft overburden on adjacent hills. The company is conducting a bulk sampling program in an effort to fully delineate these alluvial properties and test the reproducibility of previous geology reports. Wildcat Mining Inc has Diamond Trading Licence and conducts rough diamonds export operation with good established partners in USA.
Wildcat Mining Inc working close within the wide network of the licenced miners in Guyana and purchasing their stones on monthly basis. Then rough diamonds are carefully sorted and packaged for shipment with Kimberly Certificate to New York and, subsequently, Los Angeles where they are cut and polished.
Wildcat Mining Inc has a standing agreement with the Los Angeles group of companies to purchase incoming rough diamonds in quantity up to 5,000 carats annually.
